چکیده

This article (DOI: 10.1002/inf2.12380) comprehensively reviews the recent progress in artificial synaptic and spiking neuron devices for neuromorphic computing based on (Hf,Zr)O2-based ferroelectrics. The actual human brain consists of neurons, axons, synapses. Simply explain their functions, neurons communicate with each other via electrical events called action potential chemical neurotransmitters. At junction between two which is a synapse, an causes one side to release neurotransmitter. Thus, we intended mimic basic element its functions by utilizing our ferroelectric devices. background entirely parts (i.e biological neural network (Upper part) integrated semiconductor chips (Bottom part). In center cover image, highlighted fluorite-structured ferroelectrics emitting lights. It should be noted that light here nothing more than emphasize fluorite structure.

The integrated Rule Oriented Data Management System (iRODS) is a policy-driven data management system that is starting to be used by projects with large data volume requirements that require a highly available system. In this paper we describe an approach to provide a Highly Availability load-balanced iRODS System (HAIRS). We also describe the advantages and disadvantages of the approach and fu...

The need for precise and responsive management of N fertilizer in corn production is compelling for both economic and environmental reasons, but the optimum N rate remains an elusive notion. Economically optimal N rates (EONR) in much of North America may range from zero to 225 lb/A (Scharf et al., 2006; Sawyer et al. 2006), and may vary as the growing season progresses (van Es et al., 2007).
